Catching Up

My sincere apologies for not keeping up the blog these last two weeks.  Life has been very full...  Between fighting colds, doctoring black widow bites on my husband, planning our summer VBS, keeping up with church responsibilities, having people over for meals, and now caring for a baby with an ear infection, downtime for blogging has eluded me.  Tonight, though, I realized that my camera has grown a bit full with pictures from recent weeks, so I decided to carve out time for sharing them with you.  Sometimes, the creative outlet blogging provides is a much-needed release after a difficult day.  Enjoy these little peeks into our life lately!

Didn't you always want to climb a mountain of books??

A new book nook for Isaac!
(Or so he thought...until Mom instituted the rule that these books need to stay on the shelf.) :)

What do you get when you send Daddy in to give Little Man his bath...and his two buddies tag along?  A Hebrew lesson in the bathroom while the baby bathes himself. :)

A recent snowfall --- just when it seemed spring was here for good!

Thankfully, it had all melted by the afternoon!

Isaac has long enjoyed playing with pots and pans...but just recently, he discovered how much fun the cabinet is too!

This is Isaac's preferred method of eating Cheerios.  Please notice the empty cup...

Mama's little Indian boy -- do you see the hair sticking up?

Stirring the soup...

Checking the soup...

Patting the soup...

"What do you think, Mom?"

Almost ready!

Last night, we had some friends over for dinner.  Isaac was acting a little fussy at the table, so the father of the family handed him a roll of electrical tape from out of his pocket.  Isaac had a blast playing with that little object!

And playing Peek-A-Boo.

"I see you...all covered in black!"

Hey, Katrina! Very cute pics, and cute captions! The bath picture reminded me of the old movie title, "3 Men and a Baby." (never saw it) Sounds like you've been through a lot lately. Hoping Nathan and Isaac are better!
