This post is over a month late, but better late than never! :) Silas' second year of life was full of so much learning, growth, and change! He went from a sweet baby to a spunky toddler with a firecracker personality! He began to talk, entered full-time into obedience training, outgrew his morning nap, was weaned from his pacifer, and developed a knack for getting into mischief. (The bathroom is his particular favorite place for mischief!) Thankfully, despite the messes he often makes, he is great at cleaning up!
Silas is a daddy's boy all the way except for when he first wakes up from a nap...then he only wants Mama. He loves to be outside, is loud and full of opinions, and doesn't want to be left out of anything his big brothers are doing! Silas has taken to drawing much earlier than our other children and has been the hardest one to teach to keep the marker or crayon on the paper as he loves to decorate furniture, walls, skin, cabinets, and floors. I will be curious to see how his artistic flair plays out in life... We all love our little Si-Guy to pieces and can't imagine life without him!
Here is the annual picture round-up from his 2nd year.
