Another Courtship Story

Due to a busy schedule this week as I train in my new job at the pregnancy center, I haven't had time yet to post in detail about our trip to Colorado.

Home Again, Home Again!

We arrived home late last night from a wonderful visit with Nathan's family in Colorado! The scenery was gorgeous, the fellowship was great fun, and the time spent together as families was very enjoyable. Of course the courting couple certainly delighted in being together in person as well. =)

I wish I could go into details right now about our adventures (complete with pictures of course!), but that will have to wait for another day. I am to start training for a new position at the pregnancy center bright and early tomorrow morning, so I'd best scoot on to bed!

Despite her packing diliberations, please note that Sister #2 is VERY happy right now.

I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that we are leaving bright and early tomorrow morning for a sojourn in Colorado with a particular blonde-haired fellow and his family.

Perhaps the word "happy" doesn't do her justice. Ecstactic may be a better description. =)

Springtime at Bayou Bend

My friend, Rhonda, had a birthday a couple days ago, so to celebrate, I took her to Bayou Bend for their annual "Azalea Trail" weekend. The Lord blessed us with absolutely PERFECT weather to enjoy this BEAUTIFUL spring day amidst His creation! The following is a smattering of the pictures we snapped this morning.
