Well, I praise the Lord that I am now on the "rise and shine" end of this sickness! After four days in bed, I was able to go to my first meal yesterday evening. What a blessing! I still have a bad cough and I'm a bit on the weak side as my energy is returning slowly, but it feels so good to be on the mend!
Last night, my friend, Jada, and I were working on translating the song Rise and Shine into Spanish for a project we are doing next week when we came across this acappella rendition on You Tube. It made me laugh so hard (the best medicine) that I had to pass it along!
